Do I need to sign a contract?
No! All of our pay-per-visit plans have no contract and you can cancel anytime. Our seasonal and bundle plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, checks, and cash. You can set up autopay through our online client portal for convenience.
How do you determine pricing?
Our base prices are for standard residential lots (up to 1/4 acre). Larger properties, properties with extensive landscaping, or those requiring extra time may have adjusted pricing. We provide a free quote before starting.
What if I need to skip a service?
No problem! Just let us know through the client portal or give us a call. Pay-per-visit customers only pay when we service. Seasonal plan customers get credit toward future services.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Our seasonal plans save you about 5% compared to pay-per-visit. We also offer referral bonuses - refer a friend and both of you get a discount on your next service.
What happens if it rains on my service day?
We monitor weather closely and will reschedule to the next available day if conditions prevent safe, quality service. You'll be notified of any schedule changes.
